The 'Jews Brothers', in a 3D horror flick  Return to Related NewsSome of you may already know about this story, but last year we confirmed that there was a Blues Brothers parody film in production called 'Eldorado'. Well, the first trailer has been released, and...I still don't know what to make of this film. It's unlike any trailer I've seen before. (Actually it was posted several months ago, but only just came to our attention recently). It features several of the songs that performed by the Blues Brothers (including 'Groove Me', 'R-E-S-P-E-C-T', 'Flip, Flop & Fly'). And a Bluesmobile, of sorts. Here's the link, you be the judge (share your comments in the forum) The original quote from the press release: Currently in post-production, ELDORADO is an exciting live action, stereoscopic 3D, star-filled film and is the first ever British movie to be shot in 3D. Starring Daryl Hannah, David Carradine (in his last film), Michael Madsen, Steve Guttenberg, Brigitte Nielsen, Jeff Fahey, Patrick Bergin, Bill Moseley and Sylvester McCoy. FFI plans to introduce this feature to buyers at AFM in November where they will screen early footage in 3D. ELDORADO is a comedy/horror/musical/road movie. After wrongly being sent to a Neo Nazi fund raiser instead of the stripper, Blues Brothers tribute band 'The Jews Brothers', Stan and Ollie get offered a gig in the city Eldorado to make amends for a gig gone sour. At the same time, Jessica, a beautiful but despondent wife, is on the run with a million dollars from her cheating husband's night club. All roads lead to Eldorado, where these lives intersect, while a bigger power is controlling the action to make their visit to this town one they will never forget. It's Eldorado's 200th anniversary, the townsfolk are hungry to celebrate, which does prove unfortunate to the tourists who come to visit only to find that they are the dish of the day. A parody of films including 'The Blues Brothers', 'Sweeney Todd' and 'Little Shop of Horrors', 'Eldorado' is more than just bad table manners and a little light music, it becomes a way of life.
