That is the car that was sold by BBC member "El-Wood".

* Looks like it got some fresh door decals.

And it has mbmopar's rockin' door decals!

The web-site printed on the windshield was blurred out in most of the shots, but after breaking the code, www.bluesmobile4you.de seems to be just one pic with contact info.

Hi all:
Remember BM4you, Jurgen (pic 1 from the video in the original post, and pic 2 from a link I post below): I tracked him down as the new owner of this car:
http://www.bluesbrotherscentral.com/forum/bluesmobiles-sale/7732-germany-1974-dodge-monaco-440-bremen.html#post89652
We've been chatting from time-to-time about our replicas, with me trying to work a trade for his 200kph speedometer. No such luck there, but I have been learning he's been up to some seriously awesome blues brothers car replica work.
Check out this video:
http://video.tvo.de/nachrichten:35/blues-brothers-bald-auf-der-luisenburg.html
He's got his hardtop bluesmobile Monaco
and a new
pic 3: Illinois State Police Monaco,
AND a
pic 4: Chicago Police Department monaco.
Remember here:
http://www.bluesbrotherscentral.com/forum/bluesmobiles/11983-any-chicago-pd-car-owners.html
where it was asked if there were any other Chicago PD replica owners? Now we have one more AND an ISP. Wow!
Jurgen says that his English isn't so great, so I think that's his main reason for not posting more about his work. But his e-mails read quite nicely (certainly better than my German after Google Translate). After I learned about this latest video, he said I could post about it.
your friend appreciation of an uber bluesmobile, ISP, CPD collection,
arthur
p.s. I see here:
http://www.bluesbrotherscentral.com/forum/bluesmobiles/11491-8-track-player-questions-answers-5.html#post126434
that Lord Vadus ran into an extra Craig 8-track player! Maybe I can work a three-way trade. I trade my 140 speedo for a Craig, and then trade the Craig for a 200kph speedo. You never know what might end up working.

He sent me photos, a while back, of the car in it's early stages (pre and post painting.. ect).
When my PC is back online, (and if he doesn't mind) I could post them up.

hi to all,
perhaps someone can help me.
i´m still looking for a lightbar for my CPD replica. don´t know if it´s possible to get the original mars lightbar but perhaps something similar to it.
i´m happy with any offer...
thanks

One of the best places that I've found for lightbar searching, is here:
elightbars.org
(look under the "Vintage-For Sale" category).
As far as twin rotors, finding a Mars light is going to be an expensive and difficult task.
(although it can be done)
But, the Federal Signal "Visibar" will give very much the same look as the Mars,
for a third of the cost.
Here is one that I am currently restoring:
(Just resting on top, to snap some photos)

To that, you'll want to add a Federal Signal CP-25 siren:

Here comes the hard part...
The can lights:

Even if you are able to find the correct (chrome) version of these lights, they will likely
cost 3 times the amount of all the other pieces... combined.
