Tom Petty not only didn't impress me, he un-impressed me.
The best clip of the night was Alec handing out the swim trophies (stay out of your mother's bedroom!).

Watched the show, wasn't overly impressed.
Andy's digital short was funny.

It was good for a single episode, i think it could have been bigger for the season finale though...
I love Andy and the digital short was one of the best this season, maybe better then the Jammie Shuffle... anyways... I don't know why but today seems like it's gonna be a great day... Hulu - Saturday Night Live: Digital Short: Great Day
I think that the SNL writers must have had a challenge writing for Alec for the 15th time, which were all close. (He hosted last in February 2009)
Overall though, he is very talented and this episode was still very good.

That was hilarious! Hulu links won't play for us outside of the US but there is a youtube link, with less than stellar audio but it's still up ...

In a way, yes it does. I don't mind as much because we get SNL in Canada, I tape it every week. But sometimes I'd like to watch clips from the SNL website and it's all this Hulu nonsense which hasn't changed in years. :o "We're sorry, our stream stops exactly at the Canadian border. I thought the Alec Baldwin show was ok. I agree though that it lacked the punch of a season finale.

yea I record it each week on the dvr but in the past year the stupid thing ahs had to be replaced twice so i lost all my recordings... and hulu is quite the pain sometimes anyways.
