If you will transform into a blues brother, as well as Daniel became Elwood, John was made Jake, etc. What would be your name and what would your story?
I was thinking the other day as we share a kind of brotherhood, why not be like a family blues then it occurred to me to create a thread in the forum in which to create a kind of alter ego, no matter if they have links with Jake, Elwood, Zee, Mack somehow or simply not

My character, Eleanor LaGrange, is an army brat. Her initial story was going to be that she forms a group of Blues Sisters with friends from school, with her driving the group van and being something of a team mom.
However, I later put her to use in a story written with a close friend, showing the darker aspects of growing up as an army brat (her father treats her like one of his cadets) -- she escapes from that life, joining the Brethren and eventually taking on the identity of Elburn Blues (chosen in-story because she was born in Elburn, Illinois. The out of story explanation is that I was following Danny's naming conventions by choosing a place in Illinois.)
I also have another story that I'm writing featuring two other, unrelated characters -- Madison and Garcia (Madison, again named after a place in Illinois, and Garcia was chosen just because I like the name!). I've still to really figure out how the two girls meet, and how they become musicians (Madison's story involves her being a bit of a delinquent, possibly breaking into the Blockhouse or otherwise getting in trouble with law and Elwood, and being ordered to help out at Elwood's blockhouse as reparation, with Elwood taking on a Curtis-like role in her life.)

Screamin’ Leon Blubaulz.
A precocious, calculating and manipulative child yet grounded in good manners and respectful of his elders. He possesses an inherent appreciation of the arts but is especially fond of literature.
As a young resident of New Orleans he snuck into smoky pool halls and juke joints while his mother, Marie, labored as a nurse on the graveyard shift at the Tulane Infirmary.
He was befriended by Desmond Sparks, a local Blues favorite that taught him simple 4 note blues riffs that allowed him to further expand his budding repertoire.
Leon made a living tending bar and as a short order cook in various Creole Houses. His love of people and his spontaneous tales of daring exploits made him well known in the French Quarter as “L'homme qui a tout fait.” -The man who’s done it all.
While cheap bourbon and Camels gave his voice a certain Dr. John resonance, in time he too grew to become a local favorite.
As fate would have it, it was at Desmond’s funeral that he met Elwood J. …

I'm Steamin' Nuts Blues.
After going to prison for the 2nd time as an alcoholic, and finally getting out sober, I decided to live a clean honest life from now on. I work as a Nut Steamer. I sing Blues at night, still smoke a little bit, and mostly sing songs about how the devil's drink will ruin your life.
Alas, other Blues artists find me depressing and won't hang out with me anymore. But, I'm sober, I've got my health. And of course ... I've got my steaming hot nuts.

The Steamer Depressing Blues guys, I dig that even they wont hang w/ me, thats real dark man.
I got a few buds that if it were not for computers or SCMODS they would be Elwood and then some, they are kinda out there now but lets face it, w/ those data bases you gotta be worried about accumilating too long of a record.

ok, I have a character: Elliot Jack Blues, time ago i heard that john goodman gave a retreat to the character of mighty mack, so I had the idea of giving continuity to the story of Mighty Mack McTeer.
A few years before meet Elwood and the others, he had a couple of encounters with a woman, resulting in the conception of a child
, he dont know and went to seek their fortunes, got a job as a barman, in Willie's strip club, you know the rest of the story (Blues Brothers 2000) and in the battle of the bands, Elwood and Buster escape from the cops, Mack goes a couple of years in prison for complicity, then tries to form a new life,he is looking for the woman from his past , and finds that has a son. He names his son Elliot Jack McTeer, simultaneously tries to locate Elwood, and find him, the both do a few gigs together to integrate after Zee Blues to the group, Mack decided to retire some time from the stage and have a normal life, and somehow find his child has a great passion for music so he convinces Elwood to intergrade the kid in the band with the name of Elliot Jack Blues and i leave the rest of the story to Dan Aykroyd and John Landis XD
