This is a tutorial to how to get the old BB games to work on new computers.
The BB Games was originally designed to work on MS-Dos, but in the newer versions of Windows the Dos support has been reduced and removed. If any of you try it on XP you wont be able to run it properly, because of the reduced support.

The Blues Brothers (1991) Download:
See attachment 1.

Blues Brothers 2 (1993) - The Jukebox Adventure
See attachment 2.

Now I extract the .zip files and place the games in c:\OldGames\
PS: Remember to NOT put spaces between the words in "OldGames"

So what you will need is a DOS emulator.
DosBox is a good emulator, which I will use in my tutorial.
It can be downloaded from here:

DosBox.com

Direct link for Windows users:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dosbox/files/dosbox/0.74/DOSBox0.74-win32-installer.exe/download

Install it and open it.

It will look like this:

Open Dosbox

If you want to play The Blues Brothers (1991), type:

Quote

mount c: c:\OldGames\bb_pc
If you want to play Blues Brothers 2 (1993) - The Jukebox Adventure, type:

Quote

mount c: c:\OldGames\bb2

Type (for both games from now on):

Quote

c:

Then:

There you go!

Note that these games are old with poor graphic and sound.

Have fun !

That's what the emulators he's talking about are for.

Here's the direct download link for Dosbox for Mac.
Download DOSBox DOS Emulator from SourceForge.net

This should work the same way as for Windows. If you encounter any problems, please tell me.
