The entire car chase, foot chase ending!! ACTION! EXCITEMENT! WOO!
I really do love the whole movie, though. Hard to pick just one. Too many great lines, scenes, story...

3) Police jumping out the van going "Hut, hut, hut".
4) Penguin... well hell, the whole movie!

2. Performances (all of them)
3. "I've always loved you." always gets a huge laugh out of me. I mean, seriously, imagine it: You're exactly 150 feet in the air above death, and the last thing you hear is that this guy loves you, always has. That's a trip!
4. "Mr. Man! Oh, Mr. Man!!" I love this woman. She's so realistic to me.
5. The movie itself, it's a great story, with a beginning, middle, and end, and you're not lost on what the plot of the story is. The Blues Brothers had a plot device and were driven toward getting the orphanage money made and delivered.
