I'd encourage all members to support the artists by buying the soundtrack legitimately
But for any songs that aren't on the soundtrack, or if you want the mix used in the movie, you can ask for it on the forum without any issues (which is what you did, I think).
Was there a particular song you're after? Sometimes there is no way of getting the exact recording from the movie, because of background noise.

No you didn't do anything wrong!
I just have to make sure that anyone who reads this thread understands that we don't like illegal downloading of commercially released music, and that we're not trading music on this forum.
Usually people buy the album, then use this site to download any songs that were not released

Yes and no:
Yes,it's from the movie, but no,it's not only from the movie..
I'm looking for the exact version of "Boogie Chillen" that's playing when the band is en route to Bobs'.I know it's available on one of John Lee Hookers' greatest hits collections, but I'm not sure which one.
I got everything I need....almost...

Oh I understand! That particular arrangement isn't easy to find. In fact I got it from a Blues Brothers CD I bought on eBay (which turned out to be a fake compilation).
Check out this page on Amazon.com:
Amazon.com: boogie chillen: MP3 Downloads
Song #1 is the correct version, on this album:
Amazon.com: Boogie Chillin & Other Favorties (Digitally Remastered): John Lee Hooker: MP3 Downloads (MP3)
Amazon.com: Boogie Chillin & Other Favorties (Digitally Remastered) [CD on Demand]: John Lee Hooker: Music (CD)
If you're in the USA you can buy the mp3 on it's own for 99 cents using the first link, otherwise you'll need to buy the CD.
If you're in the UK, you can buy the mp3 here for £0.79:
Boogie Chillin & Other Favorties (Digitally Remastered): John Lee Hooker: Amazon.co.uk: MP3 Downloads
