Just wanted to let everyone know that Dan is appearing on Coast to Coast right now. It's an AM station. You can go to the website Coast to Coast to check it out. He is also accepting calls for questions on UFO's.

Thanks for the heads-up! I just got home and it's on for another hour. I think to listen from the Coast to Coast website you have to be a subscriber. But there's always a multitude of radio stations to choose from ... I'm streaming KFI AM 640 More Stimulating Talk Radio.
Dang ... the last hour just started and Dan and his dad are already gone. Oh well ... dang.
Thanks, irishgirl. :D

You're very welcome Steam McQueen! Though I wish you could have listened to more of it, it was very nice listening to Dans voice. I would have called in myself, but I most likely wouldn't have gotten through and plus I am shy and would have sounded like an idiot. I did enjoy listeing to information about UFO's. Always been a favorite of mine. As to the website for Coast to Coast, yea you do have to pay fro it. I actually checked it out so I could listen to it there instead of on a radio, but they asked for your credit card info and I was like....nope. Buh bye.
But Dan will be on this Saturday night on Jay Leno.

Haha ... I doubt that.

October 28, 2009 - Dan Aykroyd was a guest Wednesday night on the radio program Coast to Coast AM with George Noory on L.A.'s KFI AM 640 where the actor gave a brief update on Ghostbusters 3.
Aykroyd advised Noury that screenwriters Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg are currently "hacking out a first draft" and that Sony is enthusiastic about the project. Although he gave the impression that Ghostbusters 3 was far from a go project, Aykroyd did say that for the first time in years it seems closer to a reality than it's ever been and that both the cast and studio are all eager to finally make it happen.
Aykroyd didn't divulge anything further on the project than that, but his cautious tone made it seem like it wasn't as much of a certainty as it was before the summer release of Harold Ramis' flop Year One (also scripted by Stupnitsky & Eisenberg) when Aykroyd, Ramis and even Bill Murray were all busy talking it up. Aykroyd even suggested this past spring that GB3 could begin filming by the end of this year.
The actor guested on the Coast to Coast episode entitled "Ghost Tales" to help promote his father Peter's book A History of Ghosts: The True Story of Seances, Mediums, Ghosts, and Ghostbusters, which recounts ancestor Samuel Augustus Aykroyd's ties to Spiritualism and the seances that went on at the family home in Canada, and how this paranormal family history influenced Dan Aykroyd to script the 1984 classic.

Maybe it's a different show?

Well I don't normally watch Jay Leno, so I didn't know it never came on Saturdays. Maybe I heard him wrong, and he meant another guy who did the same as Jay. I just know he said he will be appearing Saturday night. Any night time show talkers who appear on Saturday? And yea I heard about him wanting to do another Cone Head movie to. That would be awesome.
But I think it would be nice to be passing out candy while watching Dan. -smiles all dream like-

Me neither. I despise Jay Leno ... lol. It might have been Larry King, I think Dan was on last night, Friday (by himself?). I missed it.
The Coast to Coast interview is up, 12 parts ...

Yea I think he was on Friday to, instead of Saturday. But thats weird, cause I did hear him say Saturday. I don't think I would have mistaken Friday for Saturday...oh well. I missed it anyway, maybe they will have it on youtube. Thanks for the youtube video of Dan and Peters interview on Coast to Coast
