I'm a builder and wondered if any blues brothers were brother model builders.

I'm pretty sure there's some model builders who are members here, Nick. I'd have to go searching through some old threads to be sure, though. Maybe they'll drop by.
Any chance you have any of your model pics to share? I'd like to see them.

A replica of my Mom's old '72 Duster slant 6 car. I started with the AMT 1971 Plymouth Duster 340 kit.

AMT 1990 Chevy C-1500 Step bed. I got this as a built (someone else started/ had built it before) and just fixed it and added to it.
Before

After

I got a couple of more that I really like and will post later. To see my pictures bigger just click them.

Well here are a few more.
This started life as this kit.

I got it as a built and well I scratch build trailers sometimes, and needed a 1 ton truck to haul them so I got this from a friend of mine and some stepside fenders from another freind. and well I got caried away with "Big Red". The 350 went bye bye in favour of a 454 with some high performance goodies. I scratchbuilt a receiver hitch, and bought a AMT display case trailer for it to co-inside with this build.

I'll add more pic's in a few.

Here's the other Pic's of the GMC.

Here's the trailer I bought to be paired with this truck.

Here's another truck I traded a guy for. For any of you model builders it's an original MPC 1988 Chevrolet Silverado. ( start your drool now) It came with a bunch of other built trucks in a box. I liked the color so I left it alone. I built it as a work truck. I scratch built the tool box in the bed.
Here's how it looked after I pulled it out of the zip lock it was in for the last 2 years that I had it.

The engine before it went in the truck.

after the engine was put in.

Here's what I call the "Midnight Exspress", it started as a AMT 1978 Dodge Lil' Red exspress, that I also got in the box of built trucks.

The 360, 4 barrel seemed kinda wimpy so I replaced it with a hemi, and 4 barrel dual snorkel.

Here's one of my favorites. A AMT '72 Pontiac GTO, I built it factory stock other than the Cragers and Polyglas GT's. It's Cardinal red with a Buckskin interior.

Wow. Some great work there, Nick. I used to have Duster's including a '72 slant-6 just like your mom's!

I like all your models but gotta say the GTO really caught my eye!

Very nice. Do you do any cop car models?
