C clip axle

Not really a Bluesmobile topic, not even a Mopar topic. Sorry for that. :BB:

But can anybody tell me more about the "c-clip" rear axles and how to eliminate the axial play in them?

I know this is a GM theme and I know that Fords have them too (Bluebood, did you know that?). Also, Jeeps are known to have severe probs with that (Dana axle)...

It's not that I'm having acute probs with that right now, but it might be a problem in the future...

You need to order some "C-clip eliminators." Very popular with the GM drag racing crowd.
