I've been thinking about this for a very long time and I really need to get it off my chest...

What is to become of the Blues Brothers when Dan Aykroyd dies?!

I was thinking somewhere along the lines of "The Zee Blues Revue" or The Blues Brothers featuring Zee and Mack.

However, I'll probably be to depressed to see either of the acts. I can't think about this anymore, please tell me what you think will happen to our beloved Blues Brothers when our beloved Elwood dies.

For the love of Jesus H. Tap Dancing Christ, don't say that...*knocks on wood, sighs* we have enough awesome people dying and dead as is. Last person we need is the Dan Man dead....nonetheless, I have to agree a legacy would be left behind but also in a way...more of a challenge, to be exactly like Dan and John as Elwood and Jake as how they were live..whether it was from SNL or the movie or even a live concert.

To quote the great Alan Moore:

"Ideas are bulletproof"

Death of the lead actors of BB won't undo the millions who became a part of the major blues revival that happened because of the movie.

Alan Moore? D'oh! I thought V said that. :BB:

Creedy: Die! Die! Why won't you die?... Why won't you die?
V: Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.
