Ingenious!
I see in the beginning you even throw a shout out to BBCentral.
That's cool.
I have two of those cases and would like to try doing this.
A couple questions though...
The foam.. Did you purchase that separately?
Also, (perhaps I missed the explanation in the video), what are you using for the colored borders, inside each of the cut-out holes?
Thanks.

The rubber foam for the first case came in a HD TV set , it was the packing in the new box. The 2 pieces of foam I am going to use for the one I have not done yet in the video came from a dumpster ! You can find the foam in boxes that computers come in too, I did not buy it tho you can.
Whenever I cut the slot for the harmonica, I cut all the way thru the piece of foam . Then I cut a piece from the foam that falls out to to keep the harmonica from going down in too far. I like for my harps to be above the top piece of foam about 3/8 of an inch so I can grab them up. I hope I have not explained this in a way to confuse ya more. I will admit I am not that polished when it comes to explaining things like this.
I will try to go into a more depth explanation when I do the second video for the next case in a week or two.
Thanx to all for watching my videos.

I was in the yard working when I thought again of your question about the colored borders in the harp slots ! They are colored "Turbo Twenty" harmonicas.

Thank you, I had fun making them! My daughter moved back in after she finished college in June and all of her spare stuff is in the room where my computer is, I can barely get to my computer for all the boxes. I am off the week of Thanksgiving and I am going to make room in the shed for her stuff so I can make some more videos.
Thanks to all of you that have watched them.
