I have always been a big fan of our original Blues Brothers Band drummer Steve Jordan. I watched him every night on Letterman while in the band!
I saw Steve when he toured with Eric Clapton and currently he is back in the studio again with John Mayer.

I was reading an old article about Steve today (1985) and found out that he is very close friends with Danny Gottlieb who of course was the drummer in the BBB during the glory days of the band.
Kind of cool to know there was a connection.
