Here is the info I have so far

D.A. Motorsports is having a classic car show at The Cleveland Grand Prix on Sunday June 26.

I have entered my Bluesmobile Clone car, and one of my Jake partners and I will be present at that show.

The 4 best of show cars will be able to take a lap around the race track before the start of the race. on the 26th.

My wife wants me to put a big for sale sign in the window so the car might be gone by the end of the day..

Any members that live near Cleveland may want to come to the Grand Prix and say Hello to Jake & Elwood Soul

I'm sure you put this here for good reason, but usually we around here tend to regard a good replica as having exact markings and "did-this-come-from-the-movie?" quality. Also, it doesn't look like a '74, maybe another year.

Bah, I'm just a mean nitpicker, and I'm sure you just put that link here to plug your favorite radio station's awesome taste in movies. :D

... It's still a nice, old car, though. I'll give them that. :)

I think it IS a 74.
Since it has an antenna mounted it MIGHT be an old squad car. Maybe an ex police-car-clone.

I think it´s just the "wrong" markings that are so distractive...

Actually 'FESTER' is one of the presenters from the radio show on that site!
They are all huge fans of the Blues Brothers, and I think it's fantastic that out of all the kinds of cars they could choose to promote their radio show, they picked the Bluesmobile!!!

And they were incredibly generous to link THIS site from theirs! I am eternally grateful :)

Yea, that's one of the great things about the car. :)

And, yes, it probably is a '74 ... I've been looking at Crown Victorias for too long. The body style of Monacos has escaped my mind.

Do you live in Chicago? Has anyone seen the '78 delta driving around?
I painted it last year with rollers and flat paint. If you have let me know where you've seen it, thanks!

Well it may not be a Monaco, But I painted it like the Bluesmobile last year. So I guess its more of a tribute car than a replica. Did it easy and fast, Painted it w/ rollers in a night, but the idea is there.

Hope that answers your question since you couldnt figure out why else i would post here. But being noone will tell me how to upload pics...

OK, I dont know how to get the link here, for some reason it wont work. but I suppose if you copy and paste in address it will take you there. Thanks jean for the help, sry was best I could do.
First pic is of the Monaco I just bought. Window vents I know but hey, its a '74 Monaco. got a bit of work to do as you see, the second is of the '78 Delta. Drive her everyday to work Downtown, So I get quite a few looks from tourists and such.
