Hey everybody! Tomorrow my flatmates and I want to eat some american food; I did Jambalaya some months ago and now I need any ideas for something cheap and yummy! Please avoid hamburguers , we need something serious!

Google up some Tex-Mex recipies. Mexican-style food has its own twist in Texas, even different than in the Deep South or the rest of the Southwest region.

MMMM what about a nice Chicago breakfast?
2 Pancakes
Crispy bacon
1 fried egg over lightly
With summer fruits on the side
That was yummy when I was in Chicago and kept me going till dinner time!!!
OR
French toast
Crispie bacon
and a drizzle of either honey or maple syrup.
I have always wanted to try a Phillie cheese steak !
Enjoy

Philly Cheese Steaks are phenomenal, one of my favorite sandwiches.
Chicken Fried Steak is a good one. So is meatloaf (not the singer).
