I'm not sure if you should trade it in or not, but I'd suggest getting a Lee Oskar harp, they're really nice, good sound and everything.

I have Hohners, but now i use Lee Oskar. Lee Oskar?s are more strong, have good sound and easy to play. And are more expensive too :)

Hey Loonyanil if you should reed this,

I have tryed allot of blues harps:

-Hohner special 20
-Hohner blues harp
-Hohner pro harp
-Lee oskar
-Hering vintage harp 1923

And i find the Hohner Pro Harp the best of all it's got the sound, plays easy and it's easy to learn on.

Also try to find a shop where they sell the hohner harps voor like 21,00 euro's!

Later you can try the Lee Oskar, it also a nice harp.

I hope the post is helpfull and goodluck learning toplay the Blues Harp

Bye

What the heck ha ha, calm down. Geeze ok I would suggest Honor harmonicas. Lee Oscar is good to. But ain't nobody going to buy a used Harmonica bro. what I say is save your money like I did, buy a nice Harmonica case, and over time get all the harmonica keys in Honor special 20s. That’s what I did and it was easy and if u shop right cheep. Ok and if u wants like harmonica help like tips on playing fell free to ask me. O and to every body out their I CANT GIVE HARP TABS TO SHE COUGHT THE CATY it’s like an hour long harp solo and it’s all improvised. The thing I like about harmonica is the freedom to play what ever u want and nobody can tell u other wise that’s the magic of it

I have a Hohner Special 20 for when we do shows; but for practice I get the Hohner Blues Harp, which is around the $5.00 range (usually available at Cracker Barrell restaurants for those who live in the states).

When I used to play I haven't for a long time I had a few of them all Hohner Special 20's in D, C, and A and that's what I used.
