" Just trying to make everyone feel welcome " !

"Oh life is like a maze of doors and they all open from the side you're on
Just keep on pushing hard boy, try as you may
You're going to wind up where you started from "

Thank you so much for the nice pics you took and posted.
It's so good to know there's someone out there how keeps an eye on the scenes and shows to us the places we love.
Now, the pic of the yellow light is a final proof for Elwoods innocence. I kept looking at the pic for a couple of hours now and it didn't change to another color.
So I bet, it really was yellow too at the time Elwood came across.

btw:
I like the lyrics you put in your footage. "That's life", what a great song.

Very cool tht we can drive by and most of that area has stayed the same.
My bud who's a few years younger lived down the street.
He and his family seen the whole chase into the intersection and following spinouts.

And you know, now that I look at it he likes his Ford Trucks but otherwise he's a huge Mopar head, 70 GTX, 60's Ply' Satelite wagon and races Mopar stuff when most guys on the tracks are in Chev's.

Anyway nice pic's, Love that area.
too bad I wasnt cruising through there!

Drove near that famous movie location in Park Ridge recently. Amazingly, the area looks un-touched from the way it looked in the movie. Nelson Funeral Home is still there as well as the Shell station. Compared to other locations in the movie, this one looks as if it may be one of the the best preserved ones today.
