hi i want to put a sound file of me playing some harp on bb central can some one help me or tell me how to do it thank you all

How far have you got? Is this a question about recording the soundclip or about posting it?

Well most people seem to find their own webspace to upload the file to and then post a link. If you need help with that, post something in the websites section. Otherwise, Chris (bbcentral) might be able to host it, but I can't speak for him - so you'll have to ask him yourself. I guess it would depend on how big the file was.
