Hi everyone, i know this is a far stretch but this is another weird ghostbusters qu i have thought of for years.

In ghostbusters one there is a shot of dana and louis waking up and we see that louis's pants look as if they were unbuttoned etc... also before this dana and louis had kissed. I wonder if they had done it. even in the extra scene dana responds to louis that they didn't, but they were possessed so who knows what was going on???

yeah i know it was 5 yrs later when gb 2 opens, but i was wondering if this could of happened.. has anyone thought of this??

I don´t think so, there´s a deleted scene of the movie, at the very end, when the Ghostbusters free Dana and Louis from the statues. Louis asks to Dana: "Dana, did we...?" and Dana stops him by saying: "No Louis, no".

So, Louis never tasted that love juices. XD

i have seen the deleted scene a bunch of times. But dana was not herself after she kissed louis etc. ::Shrugging:: i know she says no to him, but still it makes me wonder for fun if it possibly the baby could be.

My thoughts on that deleted scene were that they actually did have sex to bring about Gozer. Remember, the possessed Dana wanted Venkman "inside of them". So her and Louis having sex had to have happen so they could summon Gozer. How or why that is, I have NO idea.

Dana and Louis virtually certainly had sex (in the deleted scene, Louis still seems convinced they did even after Dana denies it), but Oscar is too young to be the son of anyone other than Dana's husband (who is supposed to have been the musician with the nose spray in the GB1 Lincoln Center scene, named Andre Wallance, IIRC, in the GB1 novelization). Moreover, if Louis had been Oscar's father, that might have meant that Oscar was some kind of demon seed, since Louis was possessed by Vinz Clortho at the time.

I have long wished that Oscar had been four or five years old in GB2, rather than an infant, so that there could have been a Superman Returns-like ambiguity as to whether his father was Peter, Louis/Vinz, or Dana's husband. But that isn't the direction the filmmakers went in, and one can see their reasons for not doing so.

Ty gildir, interesting thoughts on the oscar storyline. It would of been interesting if Louis was Oscar's father and he might of become possessed and stuffs would of happen etc..


interesting insight about if Oscar's character was 4 or 5. interesting, i know what you mean about the superman returns turn out thingy. and why the writers did what they did.

well venkman did have sex with dana to stop her from going mental when she started elevating.

He says somthin like "I have wacked her up with 3cc or thorsine and she is going to take a little nap now" and he did not bring any dr equipment like needles and stuff so must have been the latter in my book.

So she cld have had 2 guys that night, what a ho that zool is or she cld be door knob!! (everyones had a turn)
