Alot of people are Aykroyd fans, from his films and of him personally. But how many of You out there have really met him? My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting him in person at the John Belushi book signing last december 5th of '05. It was awesome I was dressed as Elwood and I was Blessed to do the Blues Brothers dance with Judi Belushi pisano. That was the greatest thing ever and Dan wore my official BB shades wich I treasure til this day and forever. I'm looking to meet other fans who've met him in person I'm on AIM as Raytheheart or hotmail as [email protected]. Take it easy.

Not really a meeting though I did get to shake his hand while I was waiting in line to see a Blues Brothers show at a CT casino a few years ago. Never got into the show (went to all VIPs) but at least got to say a hello in passing to Danny, Jim, Blue Lou and Chevy Chase (obviously just one of the VIPs). We did get to hear the rehearsal which was somewhat of a consolation.

Hello out there in Blues Land, Let me tell you all Dan Aykroyd is one of the greatest people you could ever meet. I've always wanted to meet him since the first time I saw GHOSTBUSTERS. That and The BLUESBROTHERS are My two #1 favorites, I love all of Dans' work but them two are the greatest. He's so many things Actor, director, comedian and so much more to all of us fans. I was fortunate enough to meet him inDecember 0f 2005 for the John Belushi book signing. My girlfriend took me there for an early Christmas present, it was the best! I was dressed as Elwood and he asked me to dtand up with him to get my picture taken with him. Everyone else he sat for so I was honored when He told me in his "Elwood way" You're worth standing up for... and He wore My official Elwood shades Wow! And I was also Blessed to do the Blues Brothers dance with Judy Belushi Pisano that was Sooo Awesome! who else can say that? Do Yourselves a favor if Dan is gonna be anywhwere in public for any reason goe see him You'll thank yourselves I promise. Long live Elwwod J. Blues!!!!
