It's all been removed now. I got some of it, but not much. I had over a year to save it and I kept forgetting, now it's gone permanently (along with all that incredibly useful information). You can get the text but you need to pay, and the images (and that locations map, and the PDF files) are all gone.
Does anyone have a backup?

I was wondering how long they would keep that series online. Over a year is pretty amzing for the Sun-Times. The popularity of the series is what kept it online for so long.
Chris:
I have access to the Sun-Times articles and archives so I will send you the whole series. Give me a few weeks on that as I am knee-deep in editing and re-doing the Dixie Square website.
But, fear not BBC members, it is not lost.
Also, I have 3 copies from each day of the series. I will gladly send you the complete series in the mail if you'd like.
Email me with your mailing address and I will get it all out to you as soon as I can.

Well, that's what I get for procrastinating... :-?
(I certainly wouldn't be adverse to someone sending my an electronic copy, especially of the locations map...)
