The begining of blues brothers 2000 in a different way {Chicken Shack Plays}. Mack and Cab went to jail, the pengiun dies but Buster still goes in a foster home. Elwood gets his second bluesmobile back, drives away, he get ssome money and gets a new hotel and stuff to put in it at a sams club.

He wasn't careful enough and runs the car into a street sign and has an expection tomarrow and fails he goes back and fails he gives up and takes it in to a junkyard.

He then buys a 1980's police car. Then an idea pops in to his head. Did Jake have a bloodbrother? He looks up Jake's last name. He finds a site on the computer at Elwood's new hotel called Zee's site called My late brother Jake.{Almost plays with Zee singing it}

He explores it and emails Zee. Elwood writes meet me at your brother's grave. They meet, Elwood explains the blues brothers to Zee. Elwood and Zee start hanging out and Elwood takes Zee to a church, he sees the light.

He then buys the outfit and Elwood thinks he's beginning to get it. He trys to get the band back together, they all turn them down. Then Zee mention's his band the sacred hearts, Elwood hires them and likes them. They get Sline to book them and they first play a casino songs: Rubber Biscuit, Messin' with the kid, Flip Flop and Fly and Expressway. He drives like heck do to all the fans tryng to get his autograph and goes so fast that a cop pulls him over for speeding and Elwood get "mouthy" with him then Zee says to drive away.

Elwood does and they get to the Universal Amphitheater and perform opening chicken shack All she wants to do is rock, Swinging party, "B" movie boxcar blues, 300 pounds of joy, Do you love me, excusez moi, mon cheri and closing chicken shack. The cops let the blues brothers goe and Zee shows Elwood to his family (the cast of according to Jim) and Elwood moves in to their place.

The End

Elwood and Zee come out at the end talk to the viewers and do Soul Man that has parts of the song from every clip they taped.

You've got a few problems:
1. Zee doesn't know about Jake before he meets Elwood.
2. The Universal Amphitheater is in Universal City, CA.

Elwood: "It's 2,020 miles to Universal City. We got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses."
Zee: "We should probably take turns driving."

I had so much trouble reading that, just because of the lack of spaces within your text, and the sentences that seemed to go on forever.
You need to learn to break up your text into smaller pieces so that people who have short attention spans are more likely to read what you've written without getting bored after a few words because you keep changing topics and jumping around all over the place I need a coffee I feel tired and then I went to a concert last night and it was good and I'm in the chat but nobody else is in there and I'm waiting to see if someone else will come in please someone come into the chat and talk to me and I'm getting tired of writing this sentence.

(I'm not going to read what I just wrote because it will give me a migraine)

If I crashed into a streetsign and was told I have 'an expection tomarrow', I would have to ask what the hell that was...

I think the whole world would cringe at the thought of a Blues Brothers/According to Jim crossover movie. If they ever plan to do that, I would take all the money out of my bank account, fly to Universal Studios, and start a protest out the front to beg them not to go through with it. That's how much I hate the idea.

So to summarise:

Blues Brothers 3
-Mack and Cab go to prison
-Buster gets put into a foster home
-Elwood is released and gets his Crown Victoria Bluesmobile back
-Elwood gets some money and goes to a hotel
-Elwood (the world's greatest driver) crashes his car into a streetsign. A stationary object...
-Elwood has an expection (inspection??) of the car, it fails and he takes it to a junkyard (apparently a streetsign can do enough damage to make a cop-car a writeoff)
-He buys a new Bluesmobile, a 1980's police car
-Out of nowhere Elwood gets the idea to see if Jake has a blood brother. "I'm bored, should I eat something? Maybe I could go play cards with the people downstairs. I know, I'll go see if Jake had a brother"
-He searches on the internet for 'Papageorge' and discovers a website called "Zee's Site - My Late Brother Jake". Apparently Zee is so interested in Jake that he dedicates a website to him, but doesn't bother to track down Elwood
-Elwood contacts Zee and asks to meet him at Jake's grave
-He tells Zee about the Blues Brothers
-Elwood takes Zee to a church where he sees the light
-Elwood buys Zee a new suit
-He goes to visit the Blues Brothers Band, but they refuse to come back
-Zee mentions that he has a blues band called the Sacred Hearts (so why did he need to see the light about being a blues musician when he already has a blues band??)
-Elwood hires the Sacred Hearts, and Sline books them for casino gigs
-Elwood drives fast and a cop pulls him over for speeding, and Zee tells him to drive away (which he does)
-They go to the Gibson Amphitheater in LA and do a gig
-Elwood is let off the hook by the police
-Zee introduces Elwood to his family (the cast of According to Jim)
-Elwood moves in with the family
-The End

Wow, Elwood can afford to buy a car, pay for Zee's new suit and hire an entire band! He must be loaded :P

Personally I do love the idea of getting rid of Buster :D He's like Jar-Jar Binks in Star Wars, we don't need to bring him back :P

I don´t know the "internet part" of these ideas...I can´t see Elwood searching on the net for that. He would search that in the old (and cop tradition) way.

some how crossing the two shows is just a bad idea , whats next ?

It could work actually. Elwood's mother abandoned him so presumably she is still out there somewhere. Maybe she was a single mother that could only raise one child, had twins, and had to give one away. Somewhere along the line she moved to New York, getting married either before or after, and Raymond Stanz grew up not knowing the whole story. Combine BB3 and GB3 and kill two birds with one stone. GB3 is supposedly to be called Ghostbusters in Hell, right? Elwood has to save his newfound twin brother from Hell; a third mission from God.

oh dear god what can of worms did i open now ???

i ment it as a bad joke , i was gonna say his twin was the salesman guy from snl , cant remember the name but he sold toys like ... my favorite ....."bag o' glass"

but now that i think about it some it could work , both were out about the same place in time so there would be no age differance between the two , maybe it wasnt such a bad suggestion after all .. ?????

I think we all should give MatthewCBlues a break... I mean, he tried, right? Yeah, the idea kind of sucks... ok, it really sucks, but he tried!!! Don´t we all make big mistakes? The one who never made one, please, throw the first stone, I say.

maybe read the above posts and see that we aren't ripping or putting him down ,

the more i think of the idea of Elwood having a twin ... why not make him a triplett ????

louis Winthrop the third!!! the anti Elwood !!! but Elwood , ray , and louis all finding out they are related to each other!!!!!

that would be good entertainment !!!!

louis the money man

ray the engineer and builder

Ellwood the driver and scam master

put them all together ....

and hilarity ensuses....

And then we find out that Elwood's mother was abducted by aliens when she was younger (Dan would love this story), and impregnated with an alien fetus, which was then taken back to it's home planet where it was raised. It's name was Beldar :P

What about a movie with just Dan playing every character he's ever played in any movie or TV role ever :P

Matthew, it's good that you can take criticism (constructive criticism as Elwood would say :P), because that's how you can improve your ideas. Keep working on it and just have fun with it :)
Even if Dan came on here and anonymously posted his idea for BB3, we'd probably all pick it to pieces and point out every little flaw in it, so pay no attention to us :)

Thanks Chris,
even though we can't see each other that dosen't mean we all can't be kind of friends does it?
:)
I thought we were in a way, kind of friends or is that just me.

I try my best when I post and I try to support everyone the best I can. You guys are the only people who I can talk to 24/7 about the bbs. I hope this is not to weird please tell me if it is... lol.:)

I don't think it's just you. It may not be the same kind of friendship that one would have with someone they've met in person and hang out with in person, but it's still a friendship. I consider quite a few people here to be my friends, but I don't know as much about them as I do my friends I've known in person.

Talking about the Blues Brothers is what we're here for, and you're no weirder than the rest of us.

Of course we are friends! And that´s the nice thing about this site... We can live thousand miles away and still be in the same place and talk about the same things... The coolest thing about internet if you ask me... that and downloading music :)

Come on, spice it up! How about on the way back from Chicago the blues bros meet Tenacious D and Tenacious D teach them how to ROCK. Then Tenacious D and The Blues Brothers do a kickass rock concert with help from their friend Sasquatch? And then at the concert Drake and Josh show up in Tenacious D costumes and do their own version of Tribute? How's that for spicey? If you lot think of any spicier ideas than those ideas or i want to mix all of your spicey ideas together with MY own rocket sauce we could try something out.
