I just went 2 a concert of magic dick's new band the playing was crazy and i've also seen jason ricci in concert what harp players have u seen???

Lucky guy - these are my two favourite players. I don't think Ricci's been over to the UK and judging from a blog I read about his European tour, I don't think he'll be coming over for a long time - sounds like it was a bit stressful.

Was it Magic Dick and J Geils with Bluestime? or has he started another band

I said that while ago, since then I've seen James Cotton 5 times, Charlie Musselwhite, Mark Hummel (3 times), Madcat Ruth, Kim Wilson, Jerry Portnoy, Michael Peloquin, Jason again, Chris Mackaleick (or however you spell it) and others that I can't remeber. Oh and the best part is that I got 2 sit in with Mark Hummel, James Cotton, and Jason!!!! And yeah he was with Bluestime.

Chris Michalek and Buddha's Groove? good band - another bunch of guys that I wish would come over to Britain! Wow! sitting in with those guys! Cotton!!! Wow!

Well actually when I saw Chris he was playing with Jason's band New Blood but it was still really cool because, as I found out, they are all amazing Jazz musicians. Shawn Starski (his guitar player) played one of the best jazz guitar solos I've ever heard.
