I don't know much about the harp though, because i got mine from my grandma she said it belonged to my great great grandma so it's like over 100 years old, but it's still cool! lol, I guess it's aG harp because i found on the front to the side a G, but can anyone like teach me the basics on the harp because i have no idea what i'm doing

If it's really that old, it could be valuable. My advice, keep your antique harp nicely in good condition and buy a new one to learn on. Harps do wear out, learners wear out harps quicker than experienced players because thay tend blow too hard which can cause fatigue on the reeds. If you're serious about learning to play, $20 isn't a big investment. And you won't risk destroying an antique instrument (with I guess a great deal of sentimental value too)

I just bought a beginner's kit on e-Bay for $8 USD. It came complete with a new, in the box, BluesHarp, instruction book "How to PLay Harmonica...Instantly" and a DVD from world renowned 'Marcos'. It's very easy and a lot of fun.
