[Jake_Fetish]

Hello! As some of you may know, I love to write. So, when I was very bored one evening, I decided to write out the entire mall car chase scene with all the movie's dialogue and my narration. It was my first attempt at doing such a thing. As a disclaimer, I must remind you all that the original scripted mall scene belongs to Dan Aykroyd, Universal and anybody else I missed, as well as the Blues Brothers themselves. Please be nice to me, and let me know how I did. Thanks!

I know that story of yours, I really liked it. Not an easy exercise but a good way to try one's hand at writing though (in my humble opinion).

Do you plan to write renditions of other scenes ? Have you written other stories ?

Well, I do plan on writing out the Chez Paul scene in the near future. Once my college work dwindles, I'll start to write it. XD Other stuff...I did write out a scene from Ghostbusters around the time I did this one. XD

Would love to see that one too - especially as you manage to write between the lines, I mean you describe things that are not said. Example : Elwood's uneasiness as how he has to break the news gently about the band to Jake.

The restaurant scene is full of these unspoken allusions too, besides its highly subversive elements.

Write and for sure I'll read and review !

Aww, thanks Vinnie. ^.^ I do try to describe the emotions (hidden or otherwise) that they could be having. Just writing it straight through would seem kind of boring, I think. XD The Chez Paul will certainly be a interesting scene to write. I shall definitely make sure I get to writing it! ^.^
