The Blues Brothers Band probably won't be playing New Jersey anytime soon, however you may be interested in this email from Rob Paparozzi:
A "Big Band Tribute" (The Ed Palermo Big Band)
playing the music of:
Paul Butterfield
& Mike Bloomfield & The Electric Flag
featuring:
Rob Paparozzi - Vocals & Harmonica
George Naha - Guitar
The FREE concert starts at 7 PM. We play 2 hour long sets with a 15 minute
intermission.
August 11, Wednesday
ECHO LAKE PARK
Mountainside, NJ
Bring a Blanket and Lawn Chairs....see ya' there!
Directions:
-Garden State Parkway to Exit 138/Kenilworth.
Stay to the left and turn left off of exit onto Kenilworth Blvd.
Stay on Kenilworth Blvd.
-The 2nd light will be Dunkin Donuts on your left, but go straight
(just a landmark).
-Go another 3.2 miles-you'll pass Lenape Park on your right and Nomahegan Park
on left.
-You'll be at a light, but go straight through the light. The road will bend.
About 1/4 mile, you'll be at another light-stay in left lane!
-(Williams Nursery is on the right). Directly across the street will be grey
condos/offices and an "Echo Lake Park" sign. Turn left into the park.
On right, you'll see the stage.
