Rob Popparazi is by far the best Blues Brother since '88,Floyd just can't sing that well anymore and I really don't care for the other two just because they came and left to quikly, plus Popparazi plays one the best harps I've ever heard!

Larry 'T' Was with the band for 6 years, from 1989 to 1995, that 6 years.Tommy McDonnell was with the band 1995 - 2001 6 year also. So it wasnt that quick. I really like them all really, Larry had such an amazing voice, Tommy was a really great front man, and Rob does a amazing impression of Elwood. So all of the above :(

I've seen and heard all 3 of them, and I liked them all in different ways. All 3 are very talented and did a great job.
But I have to say the best thing about Rob and Tommy is that they are the nicest guys you'll ever speak to!

Don't believe me? Send them an email! :D

Rob's Elwood impression is definitely amazing, check out the video of him at San Remo 2004 to see what we mean :BB:

(PS Rob and Tommy are both Blues Brothers Central members, that says a lot ;))

They're all great musicians, but I have to agree, none of them have really wowed me. Not really sure why.

I think we talked other times about the BB Band frontman, and I must say that Larry have a good voice but he acted like a "normal" singer. Tommy did a great job putting the hat & shades, I liked him very much as the frontman. But Rob it´s simply great. He amazes me with some of the harp solos he did; he´s an amazing harp player, great singer and good doing funny moves, and also he´s really nice with the people. I think that you will be able to hear and see some stuff of him with the band on the new website, and you´ll know why I say this.

There's one here:

Scroll down to "E La Musica", it's basically the Blues Brothers Band with Rob Paparozzi on harp/vocals, Eddie Floyd on vocals, and the Blues Brothers Band. They're backing Andrea Mingardi, and are playing with a full orchestra :P
