I just found the 5 volume set at a descent price and decided to buy them. The first volume has the Blues Brothers on it and John with Joe Cocker, oh and Ray Charles is on it too. There are a lot of good performances along with music sketches. Anyone else have it?

It looks great, I'd get it but I'm not into most of the musical guests they've had over the years
Maybe one day to complete my collection.
Do they have Parliament/Funkadelic and the B52s?

I'll check for you I haven't gotten the chance to watch all of them yet. They do have Simon and Garfunkle which here lately I have been obsessed with. Um yeah I'll let you know so far what I have watched has been pretty good.

I just quickly read over and didn't see those groups. Sorry.

That's a shame, the B52's have been on there at least twice.
I have Cosmic Thing and Rock Lobster (found the videos on Youtube).
Parliament/Funkadelic was on the show in the 80's, did 2 very funky songs
Thanks for checking though! :D

Your welcome. It is a great set of DVDs though I'm glad it has skits too that it just isn't music guests.
