I was going to the bank today and heard Johnny B on the loop talking to Jim Belushi, then he said how he was sighning books at downtown and then in wheeling at a sams club, I went downtown but it would have been crazy to try and get Jim to take a pic w/ me there so I went to the wheeling signing.

I get up there and Said "Howdy Jim" I shouldnt have because i said it like we met before and I think he was trying to remember! Ha!
So I asked if he'd take a pic by the car and he's was very nice to say "if ya hang around long enough will do it when I'm done"
He was realy cool and patient w/ everyone that I saw.

I was waitin there after words in the store and when I looked up Jim and his group were pointing at me and motioning for me to come over, Ha! I had to look around to make sure they were pointing at me! So he was nice enough to go outside and I got the car, I knew it though we created a whole scene out there and once again probably hard for him to get on his way, but I thanked him a bunch and that was it! Thanks JIM!!!

That's one hell of a cool photo :D

When I finish building the new Bluesmobile section, it will have to be one of the photos for your car (what better way to show it off :))

Well, Im sure his signing tour went over most of the country, unless of course your kinda in the sticks!
But for me it was total luck, I dont follow everything Jim does, Didnt know about a book, just heard on a friday morning radio show on a day I was lucky enough to have been off work. When I heard it, I said" Man, What a cool adventure for the day", I had no real serious plans, so off I went.

As far as Jim Though I know it's not shovelin gravel all day in the sun but, I gotta tell you I couldnt do it, and he showed alot of patience. I like meeting people sometimes but they walk up w/ 7 books all w/ individual notes on who too and what to say, get pic's w/ him and then when their done they still hang around like Jim's gonna start doing tricks or givin' out money at the end!

On the note I just put "to John", and he also wrote "Be Brave" I'm thinkin' what I dont look Brave! Ha! BUt if ya do get a chance I'd say do it, It was cool to see him in person.
