I was at crossing the other day and i pressed the button and waited for the green man to appear!!when he did i started to cross the road when suddenley something was n't quite right,i don't know what so i just kind of stopped when all of a suuden out of nowhere this car came shooting past me!!Horns blared from both directions, letting this driver know what he'd done!!
Drivers started getting out of there cars and asking me if i was alright,i said i was fine, just :o at what had happened!!
IF i wouldn't have stopped for that split second....lucky somebody was sat on my shoulder that day!!

i woke on the pitch at oxford uniteds ground. back in the 70s. the crowd surged forwards, the crash barriers broke.a nurse had recussitated me . i swear to this day i was floating over the scene looking at myself. my friends were in tears.they were convinced i was a gonner. when i came round i had lost my shoes in the surge forward. one of my friends went back into the crowd to get my shoes. odd shoes  it took 3 atempts to find the right pair. :)
