I watched that last night. The guys weren't bad. Never knew either Jake or Elwood played a guitar, though.....Fun show!

Yea, both guys were much better by the end of the show than they were at the begining, on guitar, harmonica and on singing. I also like the ending with them driving a Bluesmobile, then it breaking down and them pushing it!

That was a pretty good show. The guys seemed like good candidates to be Blues Brothers. I didn't like the guitar playing because neither BB ever played the guitar and the racecar driving was a little weird. Either way, the two guys did a good job for only having 2 weeks. I also liked the end when they were pushing the car...

Any chance of getting this anywhere? I'd love to see it, but you know, the whole being English think kinda gets in the way.

i thot the show was horrible, espescialy the way the dude sung sweet home chicago, the guitar was good, but not blues brotherish, they simply put a band together, and took the dress code of the BBs

I saw it too and also thought it was interesting
The guitar thing kind of jarred me too, but I thought the guy who played the harmonica did a pretty good job
And yes I too liked the ending with them driving around in their own "Bluesmoble" with trash on the dash and everything

They were both good, but they didnt do a Blues Brotherish style performance. I give them credit though, they did a very nice job.
I didnt like the 1 and 1 is 2, 2 and 2 is 4. Gotta be 1 and 1 is 2, 6 and 2 is 8. Or 6 and 3 is 9, 9 and 9 is 18...
And they didn't really sing it right, they added a 2004 twist on it, I didn't like that.
I give em a B-. Still good though. I think they both had there jackets buttoned as well... And where was the Famous Elwood Running in Place but not dance? I love it!

I can definately see your point on how they performed Sweet Home Chicago....It seemed like when the Blues Brothers performed songs they had more....energy more playfulness...
I guess I can't really fault them for not dancing like the original Blues Brothers though....I mean you got to admit their moves were pretty unique at times
Maybe they should have done some kind of cool intro like what Elwood would often do at the start

Main Problem....I don't think AMC knew much what they were doing
It seemed that they heard "Blues Brothers" and decided that it was gonna be Blues, while the Blues Brothers were mostly Rhythm and Blues, and therefore got people to teach them a more Bluesy Sweet Home Chicago. I myself criticized the suits very badly
but I'm like that.

You've forgotten the lyrics in 'Return of the Blues Brothers'.
1 & 1 is 2,
2 & 2 is 4,
I see my brother Jake coming through that back door!

I know what you were meaning- they didn't sing Sweet Home Chicago right on "Into Character" and My opinion- they weren't good at all
