I had this whole though in my mind that you need a whole band and stuff, but I just figured if people can make money by just playing guitar and singing, why can't it be the same for Harmonica. So I am working out a set that I can just play harmonica and sing to. Which I will perform...somewhere...I don't know where....but some where.

We have a mall in the middle of our city with hundreds of shops, and it's always full of buskers. The other day there was a busker playing harmonica, he had an amp and was using distortion. It was repetitive improvising, but it kind of worked. Don't know how much he made though

Hey man,
Try taking it to a festival!! I took my Martin Backpacker Guitar to ONE of the fests up here and I got $70. Just playing, no singing, can't sing. :(

I also, recommend an impromptu jam with a person there. Like for a couple a minutes I played with a saxophonist from the college, among others. But it gives a band vibe and gets more $$.

Peace

Playing loud is an excuse for not playing good or at least that's what I think about it. 3.5 W is more then what I'll need just for a little set and If I do get a larger room I need to fill, I will simply turn the volume of the amp to 7 which is the healthy volume for any amplifier at its loudest.

Well for Our blues brothers act I would use my Fender, but I have been basicly been hopping around from place to place jamming with any band I see. Its alot of fun, but the place I have in mind to do this set at I will bring my little amppe, a few mics. Its all I will need.

people who play loud make people who don't want to hear you hear you. But if you play at a decent volume, they will come to you cus they want to.

No, I am saying there would be no need for me to play loud. Most of the time when you hear people playing loud for no reason, its just to cover up that there bad. I wasn't saying anyone in particular. When I go play all I'll well need is a small amp 3.5 W is all I need for what I am doing there is no need for more power, unless I play with a band. Now I think we should all chill out, there is never a need for that kinda language I am not attacking anybody
Peace Pleace I call for Peace
