Does anyone know, what the name of the song is the grateful dead did about John's death?

THe song title is "West L.A. Fadeaway" it was on the album "in the darK" released in 1987. The record released before that was in 1981-they did not record for 6 years, that's why there is such a gap.

Speaking of the Grateful Dead, what is the name of that song of theirs fr/ the '90s, right before Jerry Garcia died, that has the video done by life-size skeletons? The main line is like, "I will get by."

If you're talking about the one that James Taylor sang at John's funeral, that is "That Lonesome Road", and was released in 1981 on the album Dad Loves His Work.
