Wow, i sood've posted this a while ago but whateva. A few weeks ago (see what I mean?) I saw simpsons on they were talking about Mozart and Homers like "I know Mozart, he was in Animal house!" And at the end it said Later that day, Homer watched Animal House again. Also, last night on simpson their dog graduated from some dog school (I guess, I didnt see the entire thing) and it showed 3 dogs, said were they were now and it was kinda like Animal House.

Yesterday on Simpsons they had the original version of Groove Me at the end and on the credits.

I like the original "Groove Me" (King Floyd), not so much the Blues Brothers' reggae version.

The Blues Brothers' "Groove Me" seems like a bad mis-step, just some clowning around. Definitely my least favorite from Briefcase Full Of Blues.

Animal House is actually the most referenced movie on the show! I watch the show a lot, but I have rarely seen such references. (probably because they make references to a ton of other movies! )

In fact, the episode "Homer Goes to College" is losely based on AH!

Thanks! I kept on thinkiong about it for so long! Anyway, I think he looks a bit like Dan Aykroyd!

Dan has also been mentioned in at least 2 movies!

-In Space Jam, a character (forgot who) sees Bill Murray and says "I didn't know Dan Aykroyd was in this picture!"

-In Miracle, the Coneheads sketch is often referenced and is once featured in the opening montage. In one particular scene, the assistant coach says "Haven't you ever seen the Coneheads? Saturday Night Live? Dan Aykroyd, Jane Curtain?"

I have this qoute on my iPod and laugh every time I hear it.I thinkI think I've seen him as a doll in a BB suit.Not sure.

I see a lot time ago a pic of a bootleg dolls about the blues brothers. Lenny was Elwood and Homer was Jake. I´ll try to find that picture.
