I have a few Pictures I want to use for my Picture thing on the Websight. but I don't know how to make it smaller with out making it tell you can't see it. pleas I need help.

The program I use for most of my basic image editing is IrfanView:

You open your picture, select 'Resize Image' and choose how big you want it to be. Then you just hit 'Save' or 'Save As'.
It's quick, simple, free, and loads as fast as Windows Notepad
