The ones in the pic are a dark brown, but their styling looks a lot like Jake's.
Elwood's shoes are some variation of the Oxford shoe (first in the above article), I wager.

The slip-on style is something I could see Jake liking - good for when you hear sirens and need get the duck out of fodge.
