Are you sure about that? In the script they also have cans of shaving cream at the factory; Elwood fills his mouth with shaving cream, swallows, and rubs his stomach. I don't recall seeing this in the director's cut version. Since they make propellants, I would think that means the propellants which makes stuff come out of the can in which case they could have just about anything that comes in an aerosol can, including cheese whiz.

This scene was actually filmed, but remains lost to this day.

Well, they made up for the lost scene by covering Elwood's head with shaving cream in BB2K

well they made glue it was used to hold down the petals in the winnabago , and the propellants were , they stuff in the cans he put in the squad car tires out side the palace hotel , saying it was some over run of stuff that if heated expands and explodes , and also the stuff he used to set fire to short circuit the elevavator panel at the county buiding ,

you can have a can of just propellant , with nothing in paticular in side it just compressed air with what ever in it . i had a friend who worked for a hair care /perfume /personelle hygene company , and he said that they just filled cans to run off the extra stuff instead of just releasing it into the air .

Blues Brothers Refrence in "the Honeymooners" movie with Cedric and Mike Epps. When they go to the party to get the dog in the race. Mike epps makes a remark to Cedric about the way he is dressed. and Cedric replys " Look at you . Lookin like the last Blues Brother" Mike Eppes was dressed in the Black suit and Hat. No sunglasses thogh and the tie was diffent. but still it is a official refrence.

It says on Wikipedia "Spring 2006".
"This three disc box set will include the remaining 17 episodes of Season 4 ('PTV' to 'Stu and Stewie's Excellent Adventure')."

Default Family Guy comparisons

I was bored, so I thought'd it be fun to take screencaps of the movie and the Family Guy spoof and see how they compare!

Nicely done!
Before anyone asks, the episode is North by North Quahog, season 4 episode 1, but I'm sure everyone knows that by now

(via TVShowsOnDVD.com)

Steve Gomez-Montes wrote us with a hot Family Guy tip the other day; volume 4 should be out in the fall. The information comes from the Family Guy blog, and they have some other information about the release:

I think we finished the last of the DVD commentaries last week including one for "PTV" which is my personal favorite. "PTV" contains a whole gag that standards would not let us put on the air which may be the funniest thing in the whole damn show so watch out for it in the next group hitting stores in fall.

Fox included a card in volume 3 which advertised a Spring release for volume 4, subject to change (of course).
