Not exactly a perfect specimen to make into a Bluesmobile tribute, but considering some of the ones we've seen ... why the heck not? Heh, it's actually a pretty nice clean cop car.

1988 Gran Fury

It also has the distinction of being used in the movie "U Turn" with Sean Penn and Jennifer Lopez.

1969 Fury - clone

I don't know if the General is for sale.

High bid - $1,200 ...

... reserve not met

Starting bid - $100 ...

... not one bid on this car

Sold ...

... $4,995

Sold ...

Another old Ford has come on board. Not the same car from post #58.

And a few more updates.

Buy it Now price - $8,995 ...

... did not sell

High bid - $3,100 ...

... reserve not met
$3,100 was the exact same high bid last time we saw this car.

Ended listing early ...

... no longer available for sale
It will be incredible when it's restored. Lucky buyer!

I knew we would see this BB2000 Crown Vic again.

1990 Crown Victoria - Police Interceptor

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1990-...em130198909621

He doesn't seem to have addressed any of the problems. Last time around high bid was $1,325. A few cracked lenses, one missing. Air filter snorkel needs to be replaced. Shifter needs linkage adjustment. All relatively minor problems.

There's other stuff that may cause concern. Actual mileage unknown. A/C and heater work but have gremlins, possible vacuum leak. And the oil leak, which I think scares people. He thinks it's coming from the valve cover gaskets. To buy it without a mechanic looking at it may be too risky for most.

It is a rust-free car. 5.0L V8. And don't forget the wig-wag headlights! LOL!

Not really a clone so to speak. Just an awesome car with a magnetic roof light and a two-way radio. A big ol' 400 V8. Beauty!

Looks like the '74 Ford Galaxie has been sold to a guy in Holland for $ 3.995.
Lucky guy. Maybe he will make it a bluesmobile clone and then sell it to me. All I need to do is find the $$$$$.

Holland? Wow. The shipping from California will cost him as much as the car!

Yup, and I can just take the train to his house and pick it up when it's finished.
I wish.

Well, if the '74 Galaxie was mentioned as a Streets of San Francisco clone, can anyone guess which 70's cop show this next car is from?

1974 Gran Torino - clone

High bid - $1,775 ...

Just $25 bucks short of the buy it now price.

Sold ...

... $1,975

Here's a great project car that was going to be a Duke's of Hazzard cop car. Could make a nice Bluesmobile tribute.

1973 Coronet - clone

Too bad he doesn't have any better pics. Either way, it would need some work but apparently the 318 is strong and healthy.

This one would make a nice BB2000 tribute.

1987 Crown Victoria - P72 ? - clone ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1987-...em130198950414

What we do know is that it's another rust-free Arizona car with a 302. I don't think this car can be called a "police patrol" car. It doesn't have the certified 140mph speedometer. He mentions "Special Service Package" and I'm not really sure what that means. Maybe it was meant to be a taxi. It does look good dressed up (light bar and decals not included).

Either or, it would make a fine BB2000 Bluesmobile tribute.

An absolutely spectacular clone. We saw this car in post #26. At that time it did not meet reserve with a high bid of $6,009.

Another fantastic Crown Vic for the BB2000 Bluesmobile fans. A replica would have to be a 1989 - 1991, but here's one sweet '88!

1988 Crown Victoria

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1988-...em220207887438

It's got the 55A police package. I really don't know a thing about the 55A package other than I believe it to be rare. 351 motor, Holley carb, lots of hi-po parts. 0-60 in 7 seconds. Great looking car. Love the plate ... I CHASE U.

Here's some potential for a Bluesmobile tribute. Not a lot of info. A movie prop that apparently runs using a gas can in the trunk as the fuel source. It is, however, a B&W 1974 4-door Mopar!

1963 Impala - clone

1987 Crown Victoria - Police Cruiser

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/87-Cr...em110229924134

And now a Mopar cop car. Needs some work!

1973 Fury III

It's got a cop motor, a four hundred and forty cubic inch plant. (seized)
